An interesting email lead me to clarify something about this page/site. The last updated note at the bottom of this page refers to when a new feature was added or the layout was changed. Content (ie new tips, rotation of polls, addition of supporters or links, or addition to what's new) is not included in that. Content is changed daily.

The small new note beside supporters is when they are new within past two months, updated means they have updated within the past month. Some sites that are not listed as updated may be have been updated recently and not be noted as such though.
