Interested craftspersons should complete the enclosed form, and return it along with their registration form.  Participants will be required to sign a contract.  Deadline for return of signed contracts is March 15, 2001.

CENTREPIECES.  The Gathering Committee is looking for volunteers (individuals or clubs) to help make centrepieces.  Please indicate whether you would like to make a centrepiece (or two, or more).  It would be appreciated if these centrepieces were theme related but we will gladly accept your wonderful creations even if they are not.  You will be contacted if you have returned the enclosed interest form.  If you have any concerns or queries please contact:  Rita Valois,  phone (613) 728-4211

TOTE BAG FAVOURS.  Tote bag favours are small, hand-crafted items made by and donated by you and distributed to Gathering Registrants.  They should be individually packaged with your name included.  This year we are asking for 144 items, however, you may contribute any number and we will be more than happy to receive them.  Favours need not be theme related but it would be nice.  Please let us know your ideas in advance, in order to avoid duplication.  In order to avoid a rush for both you and the committee, please note that only those received prior to March 31, 2001 will be acknowledged in the souvenir booklet.  You will be contacted if you
